Serious Cutbacks in Early Childhood Development


During a time when people are demanding better education in America, more bad news. Thousands of pre-school age children in L.A. County are missing out on early childhood development due to cutbacks. Academically, these children are behind their pre-school-attending classmates when they enter kindergarten.
